3 steps to recruitment heaven

Upload your vacancy. With our user friendly forms
it couldn’t be easier. It will take about 5 minutes to
complete and submit - you’ll receive a confirmation
e-mail then we’ll get cracking. Posting your vacancy
on various job boards that match your industry sector.
Step 2
We will then look at all respondents. We’ll liaise with them, acknowledging receipt of their application and keeping them informed throughout the process.
When we’ve shortlisted candidates we’ll reference check them and each will be pre-screened via a telephone interview.
The final selection will be supplied to you, normally around 3 to 5 people. You will receive their cv’s with a reference for each.
Step 3
Over to you. You’ll interview your preferred candidates and take the process to it’s logical conclusion.
